Helena is the owner of Evergreen Studio and lives at Nathan Valley Foliage Farm with her family. She is the venue’s event coordintor and stylist and has nearly fifteen years experience designing and coordinating events, from weddings to large-scale wellbeing events. Helena loves creating memorable experiences for others and meeting new people.

Photographer & Videographer / Beatriz Weddings

Beatriz is one creative soul with a love for romance. She has always been creatively minded and had a deep love for true connection between humans, the real type of connection. She believes, at the end of the day, these true moments, even the smallest ones, are what mean the most. Weddings and Elopments are filled with these tiny moments and the fact that they get to capture them, stop time and hand them onto you to be remembered forever means more to them than you may ever know.

Florist / Lydia’s Garden

Samantha has been a florist for over 16 years and her business name, Lydia’s Garden, is a tribute to her wonderful grandmother, Lydia Alice, who had an amazing Victorian cottage garden and shared her knowledge and love of flowers with Samantha and her sister. Samantha is well known on the Gold Coast and in the Scenic Rim region for her breathtakingly beautiful flower arrangements, in particular her wedding flowers.

Cake Makers & Catering / Cake & Olive

Mother and daughter duo Avril and Lauryn share over 15 years in the catering and hospitatlity industry, baking, cooking and exploring different flavours together. Cake & Olive was born three years ago, out of passion and creativity for earthy flavours, high quality seasonal ingredients and pretty floral palettes. We look forward to sharing their delicious cake and menu options with you!

Marriage Celebrant

Sarah is a lover of all things romance, emotion, and pretty flowers, and in her words, she’s a sucker for a great love story, which is how she found her purpose as a Marriage Celebrant. If you book our Magnolia Package, you’ll be fortunate to have Sarah officiate your wedding ceremony. She is lovely and warm, and her professionalism ensures that each ceremony is magical and memorable.
